This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds, replacements, and Wallet credit adjustments for products purchased on the AGLIDdigital marketplace ("Platform"). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
AGLID specializes in the sale of digital goods — including software keys, subscription credentials, and premium account access. Due to the nature of these products, our refund policy differs significantly from traditional physical goods retailers. We encourage you to read each section carefully.
General Rule for Digital Goods
All Sales Are Final
All sales of digital products on the AGLID Platform are strictly final and non-refundable.
This policy exists because of the inherent nature of digital goods:
- Instant Delivery: All digital products are delivered automatically and instantly to your account dashboard upon successful payment. There is no shipping delay or cancellation window.
- Immediate Consumption: Once digital credentials have been delivered or viewed, they are considered "consumed." Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as "unused".
- No Buyer's Remorse Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with a product that functions as described.
The Warranty (Daman) Exception
While all digital sales are generally final, AGLID provides a consumer protection mechanism for select products through our Warranty (Daman) system:
3.1 — What Is the Warranty (Daman) Badge?
Certain products carry a clearly visible "Warranty" (Daman) badge on their listing page. This indicates that the product is eligible for a replacement or Wallet credit if it is proven to be faulty within the specified warranty period.
Qualifies for Claim
- Product has the Daman badge.
- Proven to be faulty/invalid upon delivery.
- Claimed within the specific warranty period.
- Credentials were not altered by the user.
Does NOT Qualify
- No Daman badge on the product.
- Claim submitted after warranty expired.
- User changed password or shared account.
- Third-party service outages/bans.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Follow these steps if you believe your purchase qualifies for a Warranty claim:
Open a Support Ticket
Navigate to your dashboard and submit a ticket with the subject "Warranty Claim — [Product Name]".
Provide Evidence
Include clear screenshots, video proof (screen recording), error messages, and your Order ID.
Resolution
If approved, you will receive either a replacement product or Wallet credit equivalent to the purchase price.
Wallet Balance & Top-up Policy
5.1 — Non-Refundable Deposits
All funds deposited into your AGLID Wallet via Binance Pay are final and non-refundable. Once credited, balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user, or refunded to external payment methods.
5.2 — Usage Restriction
Wallet funds hold no monetary value outside of the Platform and can only be used for purchasing products and services available on AGLID.
Refund Method
When a refund is approved under the Warranty (Daman) program, it is processed exclusively as follows:
- Wallet Credit Only: Refunds are credited to your AGLID Wallet balance. We do not issue refunds via cryptocurrency or bank transfers.
- Non-Stackable: Wallet credits from refunds are subject to the same usage restrictions as standard Wallet balances.
Fraud, Abuse & Disputes
AGLID takes fraud and policy abuse extremely seriously. Actions like Fraudulent Claims, Chargeback Abuse, or Credential Harvesting will result in immediate consequences:
- Immediate suspension or termination of the account.
- Forfeiture of all remaining Wallet balances.
- Denial of all future warranty claims.
Processing Time
- Initial Response: Within 24-48 business hours.
- Investigation & Verification: 1-3 business days.
- Wallet Credit / Replacement: Processed immediately upon claim approval.
