Introduction
Welcome to AGLID ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AGLID digital marketplace platform, including all associated websites, applications, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, browsing, purchasing, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AGLID. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the Platform.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, including making purchases, using the Wallet system, and participating in the Reseller Program, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to the following:
- Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account details up-to-date.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
- Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted one (1) active account. Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions, referrals, or circumventing restrictions may result in immediate termination.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and transact on the Platform.
Wallet & Binance Payments
AGLID operates an internal Wallet system that serves as the primary payment mechanism on the Platform. By using the Wallet, you agree to the following terms:
3.1 — Funding Your Wallet
Wallet top-ups are processed exclusively via Binance Pay. To complete a top-up, you must submit a valid Transaction ID (TxID) corresponding to your cryptocurrency transfer. Our system will verify the transaction before crediting your Wallet balance.
3.2 — Non-Refundable Balance
All funds deposited into your AGLID Wallet are strictly non-refundable. Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user, or converted back to cryptocurrency. Funds can only be used for purchasing products and services available on the Platform.
3.3 — Transaction Accuracy
You are responsible for submitting the correct TxID and ensuring the transferred amount matches your intended top-up. AGLID is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect transaction information provided by the user.
Instant Delivery & Digital Goods
AGLID specializes in the sale of digital goods, including but not limited to software keys, subscription credentials, premium account access, and related digital assets. By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Automated Delivery: All products are delivered instantly and automatically upon successful payment. Once a purchase is completed, the digital credentials (keys, account information, or download links) will be made available in your account dashboard.
- Immediate Consumption: Digital goods are considered "consumed" once delivered or viewed. Due to the inherent nature of digital products, which cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all sales are considered final upon delivery.
Warranty (Daman) & Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products sold on AGLID, our refund policy is structured as follows:
5.1 — General No-Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or its credentials have been viewed by the buyer. This policy exists because digital goods cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as "unused" after delivery.
5.2 — Warranty-Eligible Products (Daman)
Certain products on the Platform carry a "Warranty" (Daman) badge, clearly indicated on the product listing page. For these products only:
- If the delivered product is proven to be faulty, you may submit a Support Ticket within the warranty period.
- Our team will investigate. If confirmed, you will receive a replacement or Wallet credit.
- Claims must include clear evidence (screenshots, video proof).
5.3 — Exclusions
Warranty coverage does NOT apply in the following cases:
- The user changed the product credentials (e.g., password) after delivery.
- The associated third-party service revoked access due to the user's violation of their terms.
- The claim is submitted after the warranty period has expired.
Reseller Program Terms
AGLID offers a Reseller Program designed for B2B operators and volume buyers. By enrolling in the Reseller Program, you agree to the following supplementary terms:
6.1 — Eligibility & Enrollment
Reseller accounts are granted at AGLID's discretion. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications.
6.2 — Wholesale Pricing
Rates are confidential and may not be publicly disclosed or used for misleading advertising.
6.3 — Conduct & Compliance
- Resellers must not engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
- Resellers are prohibited from reselling products on platforms that violate applicable laws.
